Kya main jo soch rahi hoon woh galat tau nahi

Agar mard nahi hote tau yeh zindagi hoti kitni haseen


Phir main kahin bhi nikal jaati befikar hokar

Nahi chalti dil mein koi khauf lekar


Mere bahar jaate hue meri ammi ko galat khayal nahi satate

Khud ko bachane ke tareeke humein nahi sikhaye jaate


Raat main agar dar lagta tau sirf andhere se hi

Na ke insaan ke libaas main janwaro se bhi


Subah uthke akhbar parhti tau koi dardnaak khabar nahi hoti

Der zyada hojati daftar mein tau bekhauf wahin sojaati


Bazaar jaati tau mujhe khabees nazrien nahi ghoortin har waqt

Nahi karni parhti baat anjaano se apna lehja karke sakht


Na batana parhta mujhe apni choti behno ko gair munasib choona kya hota hai

Kaise ek pal main hi sab kuch khota hai


Kya main jo soch rahi hoon woh sahi hai
