Kaam main khud ko masroof karleta hoon itna

Ke ahsaas na ho akela hoon main kitna

Zehen main jeeleta hoon guzre lamhe phirse

Shayad paalien sukoon mere armaan tarse

Pachtata hoon unko dekh ke ab

Kyon kuch keh na saka unse tab

Aisa lag raha hai meri duaien auron ko nawazi ja rahi hain

Dil mein mere bas hasad ki ghataien cha rahi hain

Kama tau liya hai itna ke ab har gham ko rishwat de sakun

Lekin woh dukaan nahi milti jahan se apna humsafar le sakun

Mehfilon main jaata hoon dard-e-dil mitaane ke liye

Wahan bhi uske saath jo banani thi yaadien woh aajatin hain satane ke liye

Ab bas usi ka intezar hai jisko likha gaya hai mere liye

Aakhir kab koi bolega ke main hoon bas tere liye
