Yeh raat jab dhali tau phir uski yaad liyai

Yeh thandi hawa jab chali tau uski baat liyai


Meri tanhai mujhe kosti hai har raat

Kyon chhora use kehti hai bas yehi baat


Uski tasveer dekh ke aankhien sehla leta hoon

Purani baatien parhkar apna dil behla leta hoon


Pehle uski mohabbat main safey bharta tha

Ab uski yaad main kalam khaali karta hoon


Maafi maangun bhi tau kaise usse

Aisi sharamnaak beimaani kari hai jisse


Kaise baat karun milne ki usse dubara

Kaise bataun use main hoon ab haara


Ab tau bas yehi dua karta hoon tumhari

Agar naseeb main hai tau hojaye mulaqat hamari
